(iv) A candidate securing the first position with Honours marks in the Field Assistant Training Course from the Conservation Training Institute, Byrnihat, and who is a Graduate in Science shall be appointed directly to the post of Soil & Water Conservation Ranger provided he meets the required physical fitness and suitability, without undergoing for Written Test and Interview by the Commission, but subjective to the approval of the Commission.
