Note :
1. Candidates have to bring all the relevant documents {Proof of Date of Birth (Matriculation/HSSC Certificate), Degree & Marksheets of all semesters, Caste certificate, disability certificate etc.) in original along with one set of Photocopy duly attested by a Gazetted Officer for verification.

2. Candidates working in Central/ State Govt. are required to bring NOC from their employer at the time of Interview.

3. Candidates belonging to the Project affected families of Shri Singaji Thermal Power Project, Khandwa are required to produce certificate issued by competent authority under Land Acquisition act 1894, section 12(2). The list of such candidates will be declared shortly.

4. SC, ST , OBC (non creamy layer only) candidates should bring a copy of the caste certificate as per existing rules of Govt. of M.P., in the prescribed format, at the time of interview .

5. PD candidates should bring a copy of the disability certificate issued by the Medical Board and MP domicile certificate.

6. SC/ST candidates of other States will bring the Caste Certificate as issued by their State Govt.

7. · Kindly note that the candidates appearing in the interview should, in their own interest, check their eligibility in all respects so as to avoid disappointment at any later stage. In case, it is found at any stage that the candidate does not fulfill the eligibility criteria his/ her candidature will be cancelled at any stage of selection/ or even after joining.
