Note : In all the above-mentioned 2 Year M. Tech. porgrammes, final selection will be made on the basis of a written test and an interview. GATE qualified candidates will be preferred and are not required to appear for the written test.
All students admitted to 2 Year M. Tech. programmes will be offered a stipend of Rs. 8,000/- per month.

3-year Integrated M. Tech (Nuclear Science and Technology) program 3Yrs. 18
Eligibility :
Bachelor's degree in Science with First division or 60% marks or equivalent grade having Physics and Mathematics as a subject for at least two years/four semesters. The candidates should have adequate proficiency in English. Final selection will be made on the basis of a written test and an interview. JAM (Physics) -2011 qualified candidates will be preferred and are not required to appear for the written test.

Post Graduate Courses (Master of Computer Application) Duration Seats
MCA 3Yrs. 60
Eligibility :
Graduation in any discipline with a minimum of 50% marks and Mathematics at least up to 10+2 level. Admission will be based on performance in institute’s M.C.A. Entrance Test / any State level Entrance Test.
