COUNSELLING DETAILS

Candidates are required to report for counselling as per the following schedule at
Institute of Management Sciences (IMS),
University of Lucknow,
Second Campus, off Sitapur Road
Lucknow-226021,
along with original documents and bank draft towards the payment of first semester fee as per following schedule;

Time | 6th June 2013 :
9.00 AM Open Main Merit (Merit No.1 to 150)
12.30 PM Open Main Merit (Merit No. 151-300)
3.00 PM Open Main Merit (Merit No. 301 to End)

Time | 7th June 2013 :
9.00 AM All SC/ST
11.30 AM All OBC
2.00 PM All Categories for left over seats and changeover

Reserve category candidates may attend the counselling for open seats on the day of counselling for open seats, failing which they will be entertained for their respective category seats only as per the schedule. Special category candidates (PH/DEF/Defence/LUEW/ACTW) are required to report on June 6, 2013 at 09:00AM.

Candidates appearing in the final examination of graduation may be considered for provisional admission subject to their submitting a bonafide student certificate from the concerned institution and signing an undertaking for submitting proof of their having completed the undergraduate degree with minimum eligibility requirement of 50% marks (45% for SC/ST) in aggregate latest by Aug. 31.2013. They should not have any back paper left to clear.

Please note that invitation to counselling does not guarantee admission. Admission shall be offered strictly in order of category merit subject to availability of seat in the concerned programme.

Documents required at the time of counselling :
1. Letter of counselling .
2. Original IIM CAT -2012 Admit Card and Score Card.
3. All original marks sheets/certificates from High School to Grauduation.
4. Original Category Certificate issued by competent authority. (OBC Certificate should have been issued in the last Six Months and or the name appears on NIC website).
5. Proof of PH/DFF/Defense/LUEW/ACTW special category in original
6. A Set of Self Attested photo copies of all above documents.
7. Original Character certificate from institution last attended.
8. Original migration certificate.
9. Affidavit in support of gap if any.
10. Six Passport Size Photographs of the candidate.
11. Proof of Parent’s Income for candidates seeking scholarship/fees waiver (applicable to candidates of UP domicile only) (Income-Certificate issued by competent authority in U.P. and issued in the (last six months).
12. Rs. 500 cash to be deposited towards counselling fees at the venue of the couseling fee.
13. Two Bank Drafts in favour of “FINANCE OFFICER, University of Lucknow” for Rs. 55,000/- (Rupees Fifty Five Thousand only, including one time refundable caution money of Rs.5000/-) and Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) respectively payable at Lucknow .
14. Graduates from other than University of Lucknow are required to pay additional one-time enrolment fee of Rs.750/-
15. Candidates who apply for cancellation of Admission within 15 days of counselling would be eligible for refund of 90% of fee deposited.
16. Hostel application forms shall be available separately at the counselling Venue
