Hall Ticket Format for the Post of Scientific Assistant Physical,Chemical,Biology,Serology and Lab Technician

Download Hall Ticket format, fill-up, affix two self attested recent colour photos, one self addressed stamped envelope cover and send to Director, APFSL

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS FOR ALL THE CANDIDATES :
1. All the Candidates are instructed to down load the Hall Ticket format given in the website www.apstatepolice.org and fill-up, affix two self attested recent colour photographs, one self addressed stamped envelope cover and send by post to the
Director,
Andhra Pradesh Forensic Science Laboratory,
Red Hills,
Hyderabad – 500004
on or before 31-10-2012 failing which the candidature will be rejected without any notice.

2. The candidates are requested to send the missing required Certificates/DD, etc. as per the remarks/required documents mentioned in the Remarks column and one self addressed stamped envelope cover to the Director, Andhra Pradesh Forensic Science Laboratory, Red Hills, Hyderabad – 500004 on or before 31-10-2012 failing which the candidature will be rejected without any notice.

3. The Candidates are allowed to write examination in one subject only i.e. either Physical, Chemical or Biology/Serology depending on the subject as per the eligibility mentioned in the list.

4. Examination (Date and Time) for the post of Scientific Assistant i.e. Physical, Chemical and Biology/Serology will be conducted simultaneously.

5. The Laboratory Technician exam will be conducted separately. Those candidates who applied for both the posts i.e., Scientific Assistant & Laboratory Technician can appear for both the tests which will be conducted separately.

6. Same/single Hall Ticket is valid for the candidates appearing for test for both the posts i.e. Scientific Assistant & Laboratory Technician.

7. If the candidates notice any discrepancy in their candidature given in the list it should be brought to the notice of the Director, Andhra Pradesh Forensic Science Laboratory, Red Hills, Hyderabad – 500004 on or before 31-10-2012 for final approval.

8. The date & time of examination and venue will be communicated while issuing Hall Ticket in due course.
