01.Name of the post : Deputy Registrar
Scale of pay & Grade Pay : Rs. 15600-39100/- & Rs. 7600/-

Essential Qualifications, Experience : The minimum qualifications for direct recruitment to the post of Deputy Registrar and equivalent posts shall be a Master's Degree with at least 55 % of the marks on its equivalent grade of '13' in the UGC 7 point scale; along with-
(i) Nine years' of experience as Assistant Professor in the AGP of Rs. 6000 and above with experience in educational administration, or
(ii) Comparable experience in research establishment and /or other institutions of higher education, or
(iii) 5 years' of administrative experience as Assistant Registrar or in an equivalent post.

02.Name of the post : Deputy Librarian
Scale of pay & Grade Pay : Rs. 15600-39100/- & Rs. 8000/-

Essential Qualifications, Experience :
(i) A Master's degree in library science/information science/documentation with at least 55 % of the marks or its equivalent grade of B in the UGC seven point scale and a consistently good academic record;
(ii) Five years' experience as an Assistant University Librarian/College Librarian.
(iii) Evidence of innovative library service and organisation of published work and professional commitment, computerisation of library.
(iv) Desirable: A. M. Phil/Phi) Degree in library science/information science/Documentation/Archives and manuscript-keeping/computerisation of library.

03.Name of the post : Assistant Librarian
Scale of pay & Grade Pay : Rs. 15600-39100/-& Rs. 6000/-

Essential Qualifications, Experience :
(i) A Master's Degree in Library Science/information Science/Documentation Science or an equivalent professional degree with at least 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed) and a consistently good academic record with knowledge of computerization of Library
(ii) Qualifying in the national-level test conducted for the purpose by the UGC or any other agency approved by the UGC.
(iii) However, candidates who are, or have been awarded Phi) degree in accordance with the "University Grants Commission (Minimum Standards and Procedure for Award of Phi) Degree), Regulation 2009, shall be exempted from the requirement of the minimum eligibility condition of NET/S LET/SET.
