1. Name of the post : Administrative cum- Accounts Officer Pay Band & Grade Pay : PB-2 4,800/- No. of post : 01 Educational Qualification : A Bachelor Degree preferably in Commerce or Economics as a major subject along with at least five years of experience as Accountant in GP of Rs.4200 and above.
2. Name of the post : Lecturer Pay Band & Grade Pay : PB-3 5,400/- No. of post : 10 Essential minimum qualification : Post Graduate Degree from a recognised University with minimum 55% marks at PG Level (Grade B in 7 point scale) or equivalent degree from Traditional Monastic Educational Institutions. (relaxable by 5% to SC/ST candidates as per existing rules of Government of India)

I am from Nepal. I would like to work with CIHCS. Could you please let me know that CIHCS recruitment only for Indian?
A candidate must be either (i) a citizen of India or (ii) a subject of Nepal or (iii) a subject of Bhutan or (iv) a Tibetan Refugee who came over to India before 1st January, 1962 with the intention of permanently settling in India or (v) a person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania (formerly Tanganyika and Zanzibar), Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India.
Provided that a candidate belonging to categories (ii), (iii), (iv) and (v) above shall be a person in whose favour a certificate of eligibility has been issued by the Government of India.
