Personal Interview for the post of Probationary Officer (Technical) (HR) & Finance Officer

Reference is made to the written test for the post of Probationary Officer (Technical) (HR) & Finance Officer held at Mumbai on 26th August 2012.

The following candidates have qualified for personal interview for the abovementioned posts. Interview schedule along with list of candidates who are called for interview is given below.

The interview call letter is being sent to the email address of the eligible candidate as mentioned in the application form.

Candidates are requested to follow the instructions as mentioned below for attending the interview.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR CANDIDATES :
1. Please bring original and self attested photocopies of documents in support of your Age, Qualifications, Experience & Disability Certificate issued by the Competent Authority as per the Act (if applicable) and Caste Certificate (if applicable) at the time of personal interview.

2. Please note that you have been called for personal interview based on the information given by you in your application form. If it is found to be otherwise or you are not able to produce documents in support of your claim for eligibility as mentioned in our advertisement, your candidature will not be considered and you will not be allowed to attend the interview. Hence you have to re-ensure that you are eligible for the above post before coming for the interview.

3. Candidates employed in Government/ Public Sector Undertaking will be required to produce NOC from the current employer at the time of interview.

4. Candidates are advised to report at MDL on the respective dates and time of interview as specified against their names.

5. Call letters are being sent to the respective email addresses. In case the interview call letter is not received, you may attend the interview on the date and time mentioned against your name.

6. The interviews will be held at Mazagon Dock Ltd., Dockyard Road, Mumbai-400010.
