Written examinations against Emp. Notice No. 01/2012 Dated 25.06.2012 will be held as per the following schedules :-

Date of Collection of Duplicate call letter from RRC, Jaipur, (From 10.00 AM to 05.00 PM) : 2nd & 3rd November 2012

Call letters to the eligible and rejection letters to the non-eligible candidates are being issued by post at their addresses filled in their application forms to all those candidates who have applied against the above Emp. Notice. Railway Recruitment Cell is not responsible for any postal delay or wrong delivery.

Any eligible candidate doesn’t receive call letter by three days before the day of written examination as indicated above or have some discrepancy in his/her call letter, he/she may approach to RRC office, Jaipur in person on the days for issuing the duplicate/corrected call letter.

To obtain the duplicate call letter candidate has to bring two passport size photos, educational & technical qualification certificate, Physical Handicapped certificate and caste certificate(SC/ST/OBC) duly attested by gazetted officer.

A Performa has been sent alongwith call letter to visually handicapped and to those handicapped whose writing speed is affected by cerebral palsy to have the facility of SCRIBE. Such candidates may fill up the Performa alongwith necessary documents and obtain the permission of SCRIBE in person from RRC four days before day of examination. Similar procedure is to be followed by those visually handicapped who are eligible for SCRIBE but have not received call letter alongwith the above Performa.

Candidates are informed that there will be 120 multiple choice objective type questions in question paper and duration of the examination will be of 90 minutes. Recruitment process in the RRC exams is fully computerized and transparent, the selection is based purely on the merit of the candidates. Candidates beware of the elements who may misguide with false promises of getting them selected for the job, on illegal consideration. If candidates come across any such person, inform SDGM & Chief Vigilance Officer, NWR, Jaipur and Police Authorities under intimation to this office.
