Applications are invited from suitable candidates from outside and inside Odisha for appointment to the post of Chief Operating Officer (COO), Central Electricity Supply Utility (CESU) on contract basis.

The tenure of appointment shall be for a period of 2 years and extendable thereafter depending upon the performance of the candidate and requirement of the organization.

The applicants must have a Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering and should have not less than 20 years of experience in transmission/distribution sector and should not be less than 50 years of age or more than 60 years of age as on 01.04.2012.

This is a senior management position at the level of the Board of Management. He/She should have demonstrated all-round excellence in his current and previous positions with leadership qualities and ability to carry the operational team. Other things remaining equal persons having knowledge in Odia will be preferred. Salary will not be a constraint for the right candidate.
