I. GOA MEDICAL COLLEGE :
1.Name of the post : Assistant Professor in Neuro-surgery
No. of post : 1
Scale of Pay : Rs. 15,600-39,100+6,600/-
Age : Not exceeding 45 years.
Educational Qualifications :
(i) A recognized Medical qualification included in the First or the Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (other than Licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. Holders of qualifications included in Part II of the Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions stipulated in Section 13(3) of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956.
(ii) Post-graduate Degree qualification in the speciality concerned or equivalent.
(iii) At least 3 years teaching experience in the concerned speciality as a Lecturer or in an equivalent teaching post in a Medical College/Teaching Institution after the requisite Post-graduate degree qualification.
(iv) Knowledge of Konkani.

Educational Qualifications :
(i) A recognised Medical qualification included in the First or the Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. Holders of qualifications included in Part II of the Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions stipulated in Section 13 (3) of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956.
(ii) Post Graduate degree qualification in the speciality concerned or equivalent.
(iii) At least 3 years teaching experience in the concerned speciality as Senior Resident/Registrar/Tutor/Demonstrator in a Medical College/Teaching Institution.
(iv) Knowledge of Konkani.

II. DIRECTORATE OF HEALTH SERVICES
3.Name of the post : Senior Consultants
No. of post : 6
Scale of Pay : Rs. 15,600-39,100+6,600/- Age: Not exceeding 40 years.
Educational Qualifications :
(i) A recognised Medical qualification included in the First or Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (other than Licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. (102 of 1956). Holders of educational qualifications included in Part II of the Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions stipulated in Sub-section (3) of Section 13 of the said Indian Medical Council Act, 1956.
(ii) Post Graduate Degree, failing which postgraduate diploma, in speciality concerned.
(iii) Work in a responsible position connected with the speciality concerned for 3 years after post-graduation Degree or five years after post-graduation Diploma.
(iv)Knowledge of Konkani.

4.Name of the post : Junior Consultants

Scale of Pay : Rs. 15,600-39,100+5,400/- Age: Not exceeding 40 years.
Educational Qualifications :
(i) A recognised Medical qualification included in the First or the Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (other than Licentiate qualification) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. (102 of 1956). Holders of educational qualifications included in Part II of the Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions stipulated in sub-section (3) of section 13 of the said Indian Medical Council Act, 1956.
(ii) Post-graduate degree, failing which postgraduate diploma, in the speciality concerned.
(iii) In case of Diploma holders, work in responsible position connected with the speciality concerned for 2 years after post-graduation Diploma.
(iv) Knowledge of Konkani.

5.Name of the post : Homeopathic Physician
No. of post : 1
Scale of Pay : Rs. 15,600-39,100+5,400/- Age: Not exceeding 40 years.
Educational qualification :
i) A degree or diploma of not less than 4 years duration, included in the Homeopathic Central Council Act, 1973 and enrolment on a State Registrar or the Central Registrar of Homeopathy.
ii) 5 years of Homeopathic practice, preferably in a hospital or dispensary.
iii) Knowledge of Konkani.

6.Name of the post : Medical Officer
No. of post : 1
Scale of Pay : Rs. 15,600-39,100+5,400/- Age: Not exceeding 40 years.
Educational & Other Qualifications :
(i) A recognized Medical qualification included in the First or the Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (other than Licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. Holders of educational qualifications included in Part II of the Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions stipulated in Section 18 (3) of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 or a degree of Goa Medical School (Medico-Cirurgiao).
(ii) Completion of compulsory rotating internship.
(iii) Knowledge of Konkani.

III. WATER RESOURCES DEPARTMENT
7.Name of the post : Assistant Hydrologist
No. of post : 1
Scale of Pay : Rs. 9,300-34,800+4,200/- Age: Not exceeding 40 years.
Educational Qualifications :
(i) Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) from a recognized University OR Associate Member of Institution of Engineers OR equivalent.

IV. GOA COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING
8.Name of the post : Professor in Civil Engineering

Scale of Pay : Rs. 37,400-67,000+10,000/- Age: Not exceeding 50 years.
Educational Qualifications :
(i) Ph.D. Degree with First Class Degree at Master’s or Bachelor’s level in the appropriate branch of Engineering/Technology.
(ii) 10 years experience in Teaching/Industry/Research in the appropriate branch of Engineering out of which 5 years must be at the level of Assistant Professor and/or equivalent.
(iii) Knowledge of Konkani.
