Notice for Verification of Documents/Certificates and Medical Examination of Persons with Disability/PH provisionally qualified in Written Examination.
Ref : Employment Notice No. 220-E/Open Mkt./RRC/2010.
On the basis of performance in written examination held on 06.05.2012, 13.05.2012, 27.05.2012, 03.06.2012, 10.06.2012 & 24.06.2012 against Employment Notice No. 220-E/Open Mkt./RRC/2010 dated 17.12.2010, following Persons With Disability/PH have provisionally qualified for being called for verification/checking of original documents/certificates in support of their educational qualification, age, community and photograph signature etc.
Note :
i) All certificates/documents must necessarily be issued by Recognised/Approved Govt. Institution/Appropriate Authority/Medical Board and in appropriate format as stated in the Employment Notice dated 17.12.2010.
ii) The candidate belonging to SC/ST/OBC should bring their original caste certificate in prescribed format. In case of OBC the caste certificate should be current (not more than one year old ) and should have clause of Non- creamy layer.
iii) Document Verification will be followed by Medical Examination (following day) only of those Candidates as further found suitable by the Screening Committee. Calling of candidates for document verification does not automatically confer any right upon candidate for his Medical Examination or appointment on any post of Northern Railway.
iv) Candidates shall make their own arrangement of stay. No TA/DA is admissible for the same.
v) Railway shall not be responsible for any loss/damage caused to candidates during the process of Medical examination.
vi) Schedule of Document Verification is available on Northern Railway’s website and will also be mentioned in the call letter. This will be conducted in the Divisional offices of Northern Railway
vii) Call Letters for document verification are being sent by Post.
viii) Duplicate Call Letters can also be obtained from the office of RRC, Northern Railway, Lajpat Nagar-I, New Delhi-110 024 from 10.00 AM to 17.00 PM from 01.09.2012 onwards.
ix) Persons with Disabilities are exempted from PET.
