How to Print Admit Card :
Select ADVERTISEMENT NUMBER and POST CODE for Searching Acceptance List , Optional You may TYPE YOUR FULL NAME or PART OF NAME in name field . Check the List below click the Roll number of your Name and you will find your Admit Card.
Printing Mode: Please Print your Admit Card in A4 Size

N.B. :
i) Hand over the Admit Card to the invigilator in the Examination Hall for his retention.
ii) Download the duplicate Admit Card from www.coopwb.org and retain the same for self.

IMPORTANT :
1.For securing admission, this card cum attendance sheet have to be produced.
2. For syllabus etc., consult coopwb.org.
3.After 30 minutes from the commencement of the examination, no candidate shall be allowed admission.
4.Admission is purely provisional, subject to determination of computer qualification and other eligibility criteria in terms of advertisement.
5.For marking the answer sheet,only black ball pen shall be used.
6.No electronic device (calculator,pager, mobile phone etc.) shall be allowed inside the examination hall.
7.For each wrong and/or multiple response, there shall be negative marking.
8.No rough work shall be allowed on the answer sheet.
9. Hand over the Question Booklet to the Invigilator after examination.

It is hereby notified that Objective Type Written Tests for several posts in different Co-operative Institutions of the State against Advt. Nos. 04/2012, 05/2012 and 06/2012 of this Commission will be conducted at 10 Examination Centres on 10/03/2013 (Sunday).

If any short-listed candidate finds that there is any typographical error in the spelling of his / her name or his / her Father’s / Husband’s name, he / she may collect the Rectified Admit Card from the Commission’s office on 04/03/2013 (Monday) or on 05/03/2013 (Tuesday) from 11-00 a.m. to 5-00 p.m. on furnishing the relevant Challan copy and original Madhyamik / Equivalent Examination Admit Card.

Each candidate is requested to note that no Duplicate Admit Card will be issued from the office of the Commission to the short-listed candidates (for whom Admit Cards have been sent by post to his / her communication addresses) even if he / she does not receive postal delivery of the Admit Cards before the Examination Date. He / She will have to download the duplicate Admit Card from website using the following LINK and get two copies of the Admit Card printed (one for handing over to the invigilator for retention by the authority and the other for retention by the candidate himself / herself):

Before downloading / printing the Admit Card, the candidate must ensure that his / her address and photograph are correctly fetched in the Card from his / her own Application.

Each candidate is also requested to note that he / she will have to hand over the Admit Card (received by post or by download) to the invigilator in the Examination Hall for retention by the authority, after having signed the same in the space at the right-hand side of the time schedule against each Paper and also at the space provided at the bottom of each Admit Card.
A candidate who will receive the Admit Card by post will also have to download the Admit Card from the website in the manner as spelt out in Point No.VII above , get a copy thereof printed and retain the same for self.

In case any applicant (whose name etc. appear in the Reasoned Rejection List) has any objection against the ground for rejection of his Application, as it appearsin the Rejection List, he / she may contact the Commission’s office on 04/03/2013 (Monday) or on 05/03/2013 (Tuesday) from 11-00 a.m. to 5-00 p.m. along with the relevant Challan copy and original Madhyamik / Equivalent Examination Admit Card and other relevant documents as well as an application containing his / her arguments and the remedy prayed for. The Commission reserves the right to consider and take appropriate decisions on such applications on merit.

The candidature of the applicants who have been shortlisted as eligible and have been issued separate Admit Cards for appearing in the Objective Tests against one Post Code in respect of Advt. No. 05/2012 and another Post Code in respect of Advt. No.06/2012 will be considered on merit for both Post Codes. However, they are hereby advised :-
(i) To appear for examination in the Centre of their own choice if both the Admit Cards require examination in Paper-I only;
(ii) To appear for examination in the Centre where they are required to sit for two Papers (Paper-I & Paper-II) if the other Admit Cards require examination in Paper-I only;
(ii) To appear for examination in the Centre of their own choice if both the Admit Cards require examination in Paper-I as well as Paper-II on the same subject; and
(iii) To appear for examination in the Centre of their own choice or against Paper-II on the subject of their choice if they have received two Admit Cards with two separate subjects for Paper-II.
