It does not look like they are releasing a second list.
However, you can keep a watch on the official website.

But for st hr there was 150 seats and now only 100 candidates are being selected. Why is it so?

As mentioned in the advertisement, there is a star mark (*) after the number 150.
The star mark indicates that the number of vacancies indicated are tentative and may vary on review.
