Further, this is for the information of the candidates who have qualified the part-I (written examination) for the post of UDC that the PART-II COMPUTER SKILL TEST would be held on 27th May, 2012 (SUNDAY) at the Faridabad Centre. The Sample Question Paper for Computer Skill Test in English and Hindi Language is available on ESIC Hqrs. Office Website www.esic.nic.in and our regional Website- www.esicharyana.org . The admit cards for Computer Skill Test will be available on our website very shortly. The admit card for skill test will also be sent to the mailing address of the qualified candidates through speed post very shortly. The ESI Corporation will not be responsible for any delay on the part of Postal Department.

The candidates are advised to bring the original certificates alongwith attested copies of testimonials/documents in support of their age, educational qualification, NOC if in Govt. Service, Certificates in support of reserved category/sub category in the prescribed format similar for appointment to the post under the Govt. of India and as per physical requirements for the post of UDC in case of PWD sub category at the time of appearing in Computer Skill Test.
