1. Appointment letter to the qualified candidates are being issued, from this office. The appointment will be subject to medical fitness and verification of the documents/ certificates and other conditions as mentioned in the appointment letter.

2. Appointment letter to the candidates against whom remark of “To be appointed only after verification of original certificates” is given will be issued only after verification of their original certificates. They are advised to submit their original Statutory Certificates in the office of under signed on or before 08.09.2012 for its verification from the concerned authority, failing which their candidature will be treated as cancelled without further notice.

3. Appointment letter to the candidates against whom remark of “To be appointed only after submission of original valid OBC certificates” is given will be issued only after verification of their original Caste certificates issued by competent authority in prescribed format They are advised to submit their original certificates in the office of under signed on or before 08.09.2012, failing which their candidature will be treated as cancelled without further notice.

4. The Appointment to the candidates in waiting list is subject to the availability of resultant vacancy arising out of non-joining or disqualification etc of the selected candidates.
