An open competitive examination for Recruitment to the post of Asstt. Grade II & Typist (Hindi posts) in Food Corporation of India was held on 22.1.2012 at various centres all over the country.

2. In the above examination, Answer Keys of question papers of Paper-1 were uploaded on the Commission’s website on 25.1.2012 for information of the candidates stipulating that discrepancies, if any, in the keys may be brought to the notice of the Commission at the earliest and latest by 6.2.2012. In response, no representation has been received in the Commission.

3. In all, 53,706 candidates appeared for Paper-I out of which 2454 candidates have been awarded ZERO marks due to wrong coding/without signatures/without Left Thumb Impression (LTI), etc., as per instructions contained on the front page of OMR sheet and Notice of the Examination. 13 candidates found to have mobile phones during the course of examination and they have been awarded zero marks as per notice of the examination.

4. Based on the cut off fixed by the Commission, following is the category-wise details of the 771 candidates qualifying for evaluation of Paper-II for the post of Asstt.Grade II.

6. Skill Test in Hindi Typing:
a. The Skill Test will be taken on computers as per notice of examination.
b. The Skill Test would be qualifying in nature.
c. The Skill Test will be held at Commission’s Regional/Sub-Regional Offices or at other centres as may be decided by the Commission

7. The schedule of Skill Tests will be notified in due course. For programme of individual regional offices of the Commission, candidates are advised to follow concerned Regional Office’s website.

8. The list of candidates qualified for evaluation of Paper-II/Skill Test in Hindi Typing is purely provisional and subject to the candidates fulfilling all the eligibility conditions. Name, roll number, ticket No. and other details furnished in the Mark List are as provided and/or marked by the candidates in their answer sheet. In case of mismatch of any of the details, the candidate(s) may not qualify in Paper-1. Therefore, such candidates should contact the respective regional offices of the Commission immediately. For candidates belonging to reserved categories for whom certain percentage of vacancies are reserved as per policy of the Government , the category status is indicated against their roll numbers as written and coded by them in their answer sheets. It is important to note that some of these candidates have been declared qualified only in the category mentioned against their roll numbers. If any candidate does not actually belong to the category mentioned against her name, she may not be eligible to be included in the list. It is, therefore, in the interest of candidates concerned to contact immediately the respective Regional Offices of the Commission in all such cases where they do not belong to the categories against their Roll numbers.
