Recruitment of Office Assistants – Written test held on 20.11.2011

With reference to the Bank’s notification for recruitment of Office Assistants for which written test was conducted on 20.11.2011, and subsequent interviews held on various dates, we furnish in the Annexure-I the list of 275 candidates provisionally selected for offer of appointment as office assistants.

All the 275 candidates appearing in the annexure-I are provisionally selected for offer of appointment. However, it has been decided by the Bank to offer appointments to candidates in three phases of 100, 100 and 75. The first 100 candidates as per Annexure-II are advised to report at the following address on 10.07.2012 at 10 AM to the General Manager (HR), for verification of original testimonials pertaining to eligibility criteria and medical examination.

On verification of the certificates and medical examination, if found fit and in order, will be given appointment orders and posted to the branches, after induction training programme. Medical examination charges of approximately Rs 800/- has to be borne by the candidates. As the postings will be given immediately after induction training programme, the candidates are advised to come prepared with bag and baggage, so as to proceed to the allotted branches.

We hereby advise that the remaining 175 candidates will be offered appointment within two months i.e.,before 30th September 2012. It is further advised that all the 275 candidates will be treated as one batch, irrespective of date of joining, and will have equal promotions.
