Candidates who want to get a photocopy of their OMR Answer sheets shall be provided with the same on payment of a fee of Rs.500/- per paper. Applications for photocopies for the answer sheets shall be made within a period of 1 month from the date of publication of results. Late applications will not be considered.

** Relevant Page of the SSLC book to prove name and Date of Birth
** Certificate (Provisional or Original) and Mark lists of Post Graduate Degree Examination.
** Certificate (Provisional or Original) of B.Ed Degree.
** Recognition Certificate in the case of candidates who have passed their qualifying examinations from universities outside Kerala.
** Equivalency Certificate in the case of subjects not mentioned in Clause 2.2 of the Prospectus.
** A self addressed A4 Size envelope with postal stamp worth Rs.30/- affixed on it.
