ADMISSION NOTIFICATION FOR OTHER STATE QUOTA 2012 -13

Applications are invited for admission to CECRI’s B.Tech programme for other state quota for the academic year 2012-13 based on valid AIEEE score.

Admissions to the B.Tech. program is through the Single Window System of the Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions (TNEA).

All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) has sanctioned 40 seats for the B.Tech programme in Chemical and Electrochemical Engineering offered at CSIR-Central Electrochemical Research Institute. Out of these 40 seats 35 seats are for Tamil Nadu State candidates and these 35 seats are filled through Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions 2012 (TNEA - 2012). The remaining 5 seats are reserved for other state candidates.

Hostel and entertainment :
CECRI has two hostels with the best of amenities, one for boys and the other for girls. Cultural events and sports meets are arranged at frequent intervals. The campus boasts of a well-equipped gymnasium, sprawling grounds for cricket and football, courts for basketball, volleyball and shuttle badminton.
