RESULT OF THE RECRUITMENT FOR THE POST OF TEAM LEADER , SYSTEM ANALYST, DY. EXECUTIVE ENGINEER (TRANS), JUNIOR ENGINEER (TRANS) – TRAINEE & JUNIOR ENGINEER (CIVIL)-TRAINEE ADVERTISED VIDE ADVT. NO. 7/2011 DURING NOVEMBER, 2011.

1) An advertisement for filling in the various posts was published in the month of November, 2011. The Written Test was conducted on 01.01.2012 and personal interviews were held from 02.04.2012 to 11.04.2012 at Mumbai.

2) The category-wise list of select & waitlisted candidates for the post of Team Leader, System Analyst, Dy. EE (Trans), Junior Engineer (Trans) – Trainee and Jr. Engineer (Civil) –Trainee is given below.

3) While drawing select list, out of 150 marks obtained in Written Test have been converted into 90 marks and out of 50 marks obtained in personal interview have been converted into 10 marks. Thus merit list has been drawn out of 100 marks.

4) The select list is drawn in order of merit by adding interview marks to the Written Test marks of qualified candidates on the basis of aggregate vis-à-vis vacancies advertised and anticipated during the year.

5) The reservation for the physically handicapped persons and women has been considered.

6) Selection of female candidates (other than SC & ST) against Women reservation is subject to production of non-creamy layer certificate and Maharashtra Domicile Certificate issued by the Competent Authority of Govt. of Maharashtra.

7) Likewise selection of Backward Class Candidates is subject to production of Caste Validation / Verification Certificate from the Caste Scrutiny Committee and Maharashtra Domicile Certificate issued by the Competent Authority of Govt. of Maharashtra.

8) The select list will not confer any right on the candidates for immediate appointment as the select list is meant for the entire year i.e. 2012. As such, the appointment letters will be issued taking into account availability of vacancies, reservation for backward classes etc.

9) In case of departmental candidates, their appointment shall be subject to verification of disciplinary action / vigilance report, if any.

10) The selection of the candidates is purely on provisional basis subject to conforming of the pre-requisites and other conditions notified in the advertisement. If it is found that any candidate is not meeting the requirement of pre-requisites or not fulfilling any of the conditions, his selection is liable to be cancelled.

11) While every care has been taken in preparing the results, MSETCL reserves the right to rectify any inadvertent error or typographical mistake.

12) The decision of the Company shall be final and no individual representation / correspondence will be entertained.
