PROVISIONAL PANEL FOR THE POSTS OF ENQUIRY-CUM-RESERVATION CLERK & GOODS GUARD

Based on the performance in the Written Examinations held on 26.09.2010 & 08.01.2012 for the posts of Enquiry-cum-Reservation Clerk (ECRC) & Goods Guard (against category No. 8 of NTPC/ER/1/2008 & Category No. 3 & 4 of CEN 02/2010) and “Verification of Certificate & Genuineness of candidature” from 05.06.2012 to 08.06.2012 following 09 candidates for the post of ECRC & 90 candidates for the post of Goods Guard, whose last 7 digits of Roll Number given in ascending order of roll number (not in order of merit) were found provisionally suitable for appointment and have been provisionally empanelled. The following Roll numbers start with 1610203 and common to all candidates (for example roll number 1202147 should be read as 1610203 1202147)

Similarly, as mentioned above, following 06 GDCE candidates for the posts of Goods Guard & 03 GDCE candidates for the post of Enquiry-cum-Reservation Clerk (ECRC) against category no.14 & 18 respectively of CPO/ECoR’s GDCE Notification No.ECoR/GDCE/2007 & 2008-09 have been provisionally empanelled. The following Roll numbers start with 1610203 and common to all candidates (for example roll number 9000003 should be read as 1610203 9000003)

Names of above candidates have been recommended to the Chief Personnel Officer, East Coast Railway, Rail Sadan, Bhubaneswar, Odisha for further process. A confirmation letter to all the above mentioned candidates is also being sent. The candidates are advised to contact CPO/East Coast Railway, Bhubaneswar for completing further formalities with regard to their appointment. The empanelled candidates should note that the panel is purely provisional and does not confer on them any right to appoint on Railways until fulfillment of further requisite formalities to be conducted by CPO/East Coast Railway, Bhubaneswar.
