**Senior Personal Assistant- 1(UR) To Principal
General Category in the pay band of 9300-34800 +GP of Rs. 4600/-
Essential Qualification :
1. Must have passed degree examination from a recognized University or equivalent thereto.
2. Candidates will be required to qualify the tests such as; Shorthand test (English) @ 120 w.p.m. and typing test (English) @ 40 w.p.m.
3. Candidates should have worked as Stenographer or Personal Assistant for a minimum period of five years
Probation : One Year
Age Limit : 35 years

(Group B)
**Professional Assistant – 1 (UR) (Library)
In the pay band of 9300-34800 +GP of Rs.4200/-
Essential Qualification :
1. M.Lib.Sc./M.L.I.Sc. or equivalent with 50% of marks; Or Master’s Degree in Arts/Science/Commerce or any other discipline with 50% and B.Lib. Sc./B.L.I.Sc. with 50% marks
2. Computer Science paper at Graduate/PG level or 6 months computer science course from a recognized institution.
Probation : One Year

**Semi Professional Assistant – 1 (UR) (Library)
In the pay band of 5200-20200 +GP of Rs. 2800/-
Essential Qualification :
1. Must be Graduate in Arts/Science/Commerce or any other higher qualification with 50% marks.
2. B.Lib./ B.L.I.Sc. with 50 % marks.
3. Course in computer application at Graduate or PG level or 6 months Computer Course from a recognized Institution.

**Junior Library & Information Assistant (JLIA)*(1)
In the pay band of 5200-20200 +GP of Rs. 1900/-
Essential Qualification :
1. Must have passed Sr. Secondary or equivalent examination conducted by State Board of Education/ University/ Govt. recognized Institutions.
2. Certificate course in Library Science/ Library & Information Science from a recognized Institution.
3. Computer Course at Sr. Secondary Level or Basic Course in Computer Science/Word Processing from a recognized Institution.
Probation : One Year
Age Limit : 30 years

**JACT (Junior Assistant cum Typist)(2)
In the pay band of 5200-20200 +GP of Rs. 1900/-
Essential Qualification :
1. Must have passed Sr. Secondary School Certificate (+2) or its equivalent qualification from a recognized Board/University/Institution with at least 50% marks or a graduate from a recognized university.
2. Candidates will be required to qualify the tests such as :
i) General Intelligence
ii) General Awareness
iii) General English
iv) Numerical Ability
3. Candidates who qualify the written test will be required to appear and pass a typing test in English at a minimum speed of @ 40 w.p.m. typing test in English or 30 w.p.m. in Hindi Typewriting through Computers
Probation : One Year
Desirable :
1. Degree/Diploma in Computer Application/Science and Knowledge of operation of latest packages relating to Pay roll, Accounts, MIS etc..
2. Diploma in Office Management and Secretarial Practice.
Age Limit : 27 years

**Care Taker(1)
Essential Qualification :
1. 10th Standard with ITI Trade Certificate or an equivalent qualification in Electrical/Civil/Plumbing/Air-Conditioning.
2. At least three years experience in the field, preferably in a Govt. department / organization or commercial establishment of repute.
Probation : One Year
Age Limit : 30years (relaxable for SC/ST/OBC/Ex-Serviceman)

(Group D) ST-1, OBC-1
**Library Attendant
In the Pay band of 5200-20200 +GP of Rs. 1800/-
Essential Qualification :
1. Passed 10th or equivalent examination from any State Education Board or Govt. Recognized Institution
Probation : One Year
Desirable Qualification :
1. Certificate course in Library Science/ Library & Information Science.
2. Computer as a subject at Secondary level or Basic Course in Computers from any institution.
Age Limit : 30 years

The application form can be obtained from the College from 09.30 a.m to 12.30 pm on working days, after payment of Rs. 50/- for each post. Candidates can also download the application form from the college website and send it along with a demand draft of Rs. 50/- drawn in favour of “ The Principal, Kalindi College” payable at New Delhi.

A separate application form is to be submitted for each post along with separate fee.
