Isolation, Identification, Characterization and enumeration of bacteria as per IS, FDA-BAM and BIS methods
CALIBRATION OF INSTRUMENTS :
Perform Internal Calibration for all the instruments periodically
Responsible for instrument calibration, monitoring the frequency of calibration & monitoring.
Microbiological Techniques : Plating Techniques, Differential Staining Techniques, Biochemical Tests (IMVIC Tests), Bacterial Growth Curve, Bacterial culturing , Swab collection, culture verification, storage, sample collection, different types of media preparation, media qualification checking
Maintenance of laboratory documents as per ISO 9001-2000,ISO/IEC 17025-2005.
Ensure all data, process and outcomes; comply with current company quality system applicable to ISO 17025 and NABL guidelines.
Good knowledge on present specifications relating to testing and regulation bodies
