(1) Eligibility criteria & Experience :
a) Executive Chef – 3 years Diploma/ Degree in Hospitality or Hotel Management from the institute/ University affiliated to NCHM/ AICTE. Experience :
• Minimum 12 years post qualification experience in a Flight Kitchen/Base Kitchen/Bulk Kitchen.
• Teaching experience would not qualify for the above stipulated experience requirement.
• Private sector candidates must have a compensation of at least Rs.65,000/- pm.
b) Chef de Partie (Indian Cuisine)– 3 years Diploma/ Degree in Hospitality or Hotel Management from a recognized institute/ University. Experience :
• 3 years post qualification experience with a minimum experience of 1 year in the same post in a Flight Kitchen/Base Kitchen having daily production of 5000 meals/day.
• Teaching experience would not qualify for the above stipulated experience requirement.
• In case a candidate has experience in a Cruise liner , he/she should produce a experience certificate with expertise in Indian cuisine.
