The role of Union Public Service Commission in the formulation of the Recruitment Rules:
As per the constitutional mandate, the Ministries / Departments of the Government of India and Other bodies/organisations,( established under an act of parliament which provides for consultation with the UPSC, )shall consult the UPSC in the matter of framing /amendment of the Recruitment Rules. The UPSC ( Secretariat in UPSC) shall examine the proposal in the light of the guidelines on Recruitment Rules issued by the Department of Personnel and Training. The copy of the guidelines have been brought out by the Department of Personnel and Training in their website.

how to download aipmt admit card

sir,I do not get my admit card

UPSC will be holding S.C.R.A. Examination, 2012 on 29th January, 2012(Sunday) at 41 Centres all over India as per notification dated 22nd October, 2011. Admission Certificate to the candidates have been dispatched. Letters of rejection citing the reason have also been issued.
If any applicant has not received any of the above communication, he/ she may contact UPSC Control Room on telephone Nos. 011-23381131, 011-23381132, 011-23383052. Control Room Numbers are FAX at 011-2384472 & 011-23385223.
Candidates can also use downloaded e-Admit Card for appearing in this examination.
