Important Note :
** Before appearing for the PartII (Computer Skill Test) candidates must- satisfy that they fulfill the eligibility criteria for the post as laid down in the advertisement which was uploaded on ESIC website.
** The candidates selected against reserve category/subcategory must- ensure that they belong to the respective category/subcategory under- which their result has been declared.
** The candidates who are shortlisted for Computer Skill Test are required to bring attested copies of all the Certificates/Mark Sheets etc. in support of educational qualification, experience, caste/category/subcategory, age- etc. at the time of Computer Skill Test.
** Those who are in Government Service (Including ESIC Employees) are required to produce No objection certificate (NOC) at the time of Computer Skill Test.
** Candidates seeking age relaxation as a Government Servant (Including ESIC Employees) will have to produce a service certificate that they have completed 3 years of service on the last date of submission of Online Application i.e. 24.01.2012.
** The Computer Skill Test (PartII Examination) for recruitment to the post- of Upper Division Clerk is scheduled to be held on 27 th May, 2012 (SUNDAY). The Admit Cards of the shortlisted candidates will be uploaded on ESIC website in due course. In case of any difficulty candidates may contact Regional Office, Sarvodaya Nagar, Kanpur on any working day (Monday to Friday) from 14th of May, 2012 with his/her I.D. Proof.
** The candidates shortlisted for Computer Skill Test are advised to bring attested copies of testimonials/documents in support of age, educational qualification, NOC if in Govt. Service, certificate in case or reserved category/subcategory in the prescribed- proforma of Govt. of India at the time of Computer Skill Test i.e. 27th May, 2012.
