The above list is purely provisional and subject to verification of all the details furnished by the applicants in their applications. The list is NEITHER a list of candidates selected for appointment in the Bank NOR there is any commitment on the part of the Bank to offer appointment to the candidates. This is only a list of candidates who are successful in the Written Test and eligible for Interview. Final selection will be on the basis of the ranking accorded after adding the marks obtained in the Written Test and Interview.
No further correspondence or telephone queries from candidates whose names are not appearing in the list will be entertained.
Interview schedule has been finalized to be held tentatively from 11.03.13 to 13.03.13 for Officers Scale – I and from 14.03.13 to 15.03.13 for Office Assistants, and the call letters will be dispatched within a day or two to the given addresses, about the details of venue, date and time of interview, advising the candidates listed above to appear for interview. Detailed schedule of interviews is also given under. The Bank takes no responsibility for any delay in receipt or loss in postal transit of any communication.

At the time of interview, the candidates are required to bring the following certificates/documents in original for verification along with one set of photocopy of each of the document, arranged in the order set out here below.
List of documents (Original and one attested copy) to be submitted by the candidate at the time of interview:
1. Original fee payment receipt.
2. Printout of online application submitted, along with a passport size photograph attached and signed.
3. Printout of IBPS Scores for the stipulated examination.
4. 10th standard examination Mark sheet in support of local language.
5. Attested copy of School leaving certificate or any other document as proof of age acceptable to the Bank. (Original to be produced for verification)
6. Attested copies of Mark sheets / certificates in support of Educational Qualification, including Matriculation/Xth Standard certificate (Original to be produced for verification)
7. Attested copy of certificate of Computer Course, as applicable (Original to be produced for verification)
8. In case of SC/ST/PWD candidates, certified copy of SC/ST/PWD Certificate issued by Competent Authority to be produced. In case of SC/ST the certificate shall be produced ONLY in the format prescribed by GOVERNMENT OF INDIA. (Format is available in Bank’s website )
9. In case of OBC candidates, the OBC Certificate in original issued by Competent Authority to be produced. The certificate shall be produced ONLY in the format prescribed by Government of India. OBC CERTIFICATE ISSUED AS PER THE STATE GOVERNMENT FORMAT WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Further, the certificate should have been issued on or after 01.06.2011. (Format is available in Bank’s website)
10. In case of Ex-Serviceman, the Discharge Certificate, Retirement/Pension order and documentary proof of rank. In the case of serving Defence personnel, a certificate from the Employer indicating the rank, date of joining, number of years of service, etc., shall be produced. Such candidates should also submit a certificate from the Competent Authority to the effect that they would be released/retired to join the Bank, if selected, on the scheduled date.

13. Candidates serving in Government / Public Sector Undertakings (including Banks & Financial Institutions) will be required to submit “No Objection Certificate” from their employer, in the absence of which their candidature will not be considered for selection.
14. A passport size photograph similar to the one pasted on the Hall ticket/Call letter of written test.
Candidates who attend without the original certificates and one set of attested copies shall not be allowed for interview. Candidates shall ensure that they fulfill each of the eligibility criteria stipulated in the advertisement for the post of Office Assistant. Failure to fulfill the stipulated eligibility criteria will entail the cancellation of candidature at any stage. The decision of the Bank in all matters relating to the interview, selection and placement would be final and binding on all the candidates.
