Recruitment against Sports Quota

In order to fill up the vacancies against Sports Quota in PB-1 in scale Rs. 5200-20200/- with Grade Pay Rs. 1800/- for the year 2011-12 of Asansol Division, applications are invited in the prescribed format from the eligible Sports Personalities for employment.

Minimum educational qualification :
Class – Xth Passed or ITI passed or equivalent
Class – VIII th Passed for outstanding sportspersons

Age as on 01.07.2012 ( 1st July ‘2012 ) : 18 to 25 years ( No relaxation in upper or lower age limit)

Enclosures :-
i) All the copies of certificates in regard to age, Caste (issued by Competent authority in proper format), qualification, sports achievements, etc. duly attested by a Gazetted Officer.
ii) Two self addressed envelopes (size 23 cm. X 10 cm.) with Rs. 5/- postage stamp affixed on each envelope.
iii) One passport size photograph should be pasted on space provided in the application form duly cross signed by the applicant and two passport size photographs with name written on the back.
iv) Copy of employment exchange registration certificate (if any).

FEE :- FEE SHOULD BE SENT ONLY THROUGH CROSSED INDIAN POSTAL ORDER of Rs. 40/- drawn in favour of FA&CAO/E.Rly/Kolkata, payable at GPO/Kolkata and attached with the application. The fee will not be applicable to SC/ST candidates. IPOs issued before the date of publication of this notification will not be accepted. Payment of fee in any other form will not be accepted and such applications will be treated as without fee and will be summarily rejected.
