Instructions to candidates selected for Interview :
We are pleased to inform that you are selected for the Interview to be held at our
Head Office,
No.6, Yercaud Main Road,
Salem-7
from 11.03.2013 to 14.03.2013.
Please note that you have to attend the interview on the date and time mentioned against your Roll number with all required credentials. The individual call letters are dispatched to the address mentioned in the application.
I.Candidate should produce a hard copy of the interview application form and call letter affixed with colour photograph along with the following certificates (photocopy for submission and originals for verification) at the time of interview;
i. Secondary School certificate/ School leaving certificates for proof of age.
ii. Marks sheet (year wise) showing specifically the subjects studied and certificate/s in support of educational qualification viz. SSLC / HSC / Graduate degree, post graduation degree, professional/research qualification etc.
iii. A candidate belonging SC/ST/OBC/PC category should bring the SC/ST/OBCIPC certificates issued by the Competent Authority in the prescribed format as. prescribed by Government of India. In case of OBCs, the certificate inter alia must specify that the candidates should not belong to Creamy layer section excluded from the benefits or reservation for other backward class in civil post and services of Government of India, OBC certificate should not be more than one year old as on the date of application.
iv.An Ex-serviceman candidate has to enclose a copy of the discharge certificate, retirement/pension order and documentary proof of rank last held.
v. Candidates serving in Government Public Sector undertakings (including Banks) should produce "No Objection Certificate" from their employer, at the time of interview, in the absence of which their candidature will not be considered.
2.Candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC etc., must bring the respective Original Caste Certificate issued by the Competent / Authorized Authority on the format prescribed by Government Authorities showing the caste as notified by Government failing which the claim of the candidate for the respective category may not be tenable.
3.Candidates belonging to Ex-Servicemen, Persons with disability, Widows, divorced women and women judicially separated from their husbands and who are not remarried, Persons domiciled in the state of Jammu & Kashmir during the period from 01.01.1980 to 31.12.1989 should bring the latest certificate in original in this regard along with attested copies thereof issued by the Competent Authority on the prescribed proforma.
4.As per Government guidelines only SC/ST candidates called for interview will be paid actual second class to-and-fro rail/bus fare by the shortest route on production of evidence of travel i.e. railways / bus receipt / ticket subject to rules in this regard. The fare for journey of first 30 Kms each shall be borne by the candidate. Candidates belonging to other than SC/ST category are not eligible for any travelling allowance.
5.Service Bond : Candidates selected for the post of Officer JMG Scale-I are required to serve the Bank for a minimum stipulated period of 2 years from the date of joining the bank and also required to execute a service bond of '2,00,000/- (Rupees Two lakhs only) at the time of joining the services of the Bank (in the case of Office Assistant (MP) Rupees One Lakh Only). They have to pay the aforesaid amount, towards liquidated damages, to the bank if they leave the services of the bank before completion of the stipulated period as given above and also the training cost besides serving notice period as provided in Pallavan Grama Bank (Officers and Employees) Service Regulations, 2010 to the Bank. However in lieu of unserved notice period, if any, Bank may at its discretion allow relief from the services on payment of salary for the un-served notice period subject to satisfying other conditions for relief.
