Applications are invited from the eligible candidates for MBA/MCA 1st Semester Examinations (Regular and Supplementary) courses of Acharya Nagarjuna University for the academic year 2011-2012 to be commenced from 25-01-2012 onwards:

The following is the schedule of dates for the payment of examination fee and receipt of filled in applications for MBA/MCA 1st Semester Examinations:
1. Last date for payment of examination fee and submission of filled in ICR applications to the Principal concerned - 30-12-2011.
2. Last date with a late fee of Rs.100/- and submission of filled in applications to the Principal concerned - 02-01-2012.
3. Last date for submission of galley in triplicate to the University along with soft copy (C.D.) and filled ICR forms by the Principals to the Controller of Examinations, ANU. - 05-01-2012
4. Date of commencement of the Examinations of MBA/MCA 1st Semester Examinations - 25-01-2012.
5. Commencement of Practical Examinations } After theory for MBA/MCA 1st Semester Students } Examinations. Consolidated Online Challan for each course of 1st semester Examinations have to be taken by the Principal’s of the Colleges on or before 02-01-2012.

Fee Particulars:

a) for Whole Examinations - Rs.310/- - Rs.340/-
b) for single paper - Rs.175/- - Rs.175/-
c) for two papers - Rs.240/- - Rs.240/-
d) for three papers - Rs.300/- - Rs.300/-
e) for four or more papers - Rs.340/- - Rs.340/-
f) Practical Exam fee (for each paper) - ---------- - Rs.145/-
g) for Betterment - Rs.230/- - Rs.230/-

Note: The above fee schedule is not applicable to the 1st year 1st semester students admitted during 2011-12 for the colleges located in Krishna District. The Principals are requested to send a certified copy of the list of candidates (coursewise) issued by the Convener, ANUCET as the case may be along with the gallies for scrutiny. They are also requested to prepare gallies with the names approved by the Convener only along with attendance statement. All 1st Semester supplementary gallies
should submit separately.

The Principals of all affiliated colleges, ANU area, all Heads/Co-ordinators of
Departments of ANU Colleges and Special Officers of ANU Campuses at Nuzvid and Ongole are requested to forward three copies of gallies containing name of the candidate with Parent name, Regd.No., appearing subjects with titles, date and amount of fee paid and 1st page of examination application forms to the Controller of Exams., A.N.U., so as to reach this office for MBA/MCA 1st Semester on or before 05-01-2012. If submit after due date, examinations will not be conducted to your college. This is for information, and prompt action.

Internal Assessment marks should sent by the Principals before commencement of theory examinations and Practical marks should sent immediately after completion of the Practical examinations to the Controller of Examinations, A.N.U. The hall-tickets shall be issued to the candidates only after verifying their eligibility in all respects, and ensure that they are not under disqualification for suspected malpractice
or any of those sorts.

Prior permission will be obtained from the University to the candidate(s), those who are not registered for the previous semester examinations, for Registration/appear for III Semester examinations.

Note: 1. All the principal’s are requested to obtain ICR forms through their messengers from the Controller of Examinations Office, A.N.U.
2. Registration means obtaining Hall-Ticket for the said examinations.
3. Examination Fee particulars are available in the University Website
