CBSE RESULTS FOR ALL INDIA / DELHI SENIOR SCHOOL
CERTIFICATE EXAMINATION (CLASS XII), 2011
RESULT STATISTICS :
In total 770043 candidates were registered for class XII examination this year. This amounts for an increase of about 9.85 % candidates over that of last year.
HIGHLIGHTS : Excluding Patna Region
A increase of 1.84 % in the overall pass percentage as compared to 2010
results.
Pass percentage of 2010 = 79.87
Pass percentage of 2011 = 81.71
Girls do better than boys. Pass percentage of girls is 86.93 as compared to that of boys which is 77.83. Pass percentage of regular students is 83.66 as compared to 45.41 of private/ patrachar candidates. Over all pass percentage of Chennai Region is 91.32 which is the highest as compared to other Regions.
