ADMISSION NOTIFICATION FOR M.Phil AND Ph.D. PROGRAMME 2012

Applications in the prescribed form are invited from the eligible women candidates to appear for the entrance test for admission into M.Phil/Ph.D. (Full-time and Part-time) programmes in the following disciplines:

School of Sciences
(1) Applied Mathematics (2) Applied Microbiology (only Ph.D) (3) Biotechnology (4) Computer Science (5) Home Science (6) Pharmaceutical Sciences (only Ph.D.) (7) Sericulture.

School of Social Sciences Humanities and Management
(1) Business Management (2) Communication & Journalism (3) Education (4) English (5) Law (only Ph.D) (6) Music (7) Social Work (8) Telugu Studies (9) Women’s Studies.

Application forms can be downloaded or obtained in person or by post (Rs.35/- self addressed stamped envelope to be enclosed) from the Dean of Examinations, Sri Padmavati Mahila Visvavidyalayam, Tirupati. Filled in applications with a demand draft for Rs.1,000/- (Rs.750/- for SC/ST candidates) towards registration fee drawn in favour of the Registrar, SPMVV, Tirupati should reach the Dean, Academic Affairs, SPMVV, Tirupati-517 502 on or before 30-07-2012.

RESET-2012 will be conducted on 01-09-2012 at 10 a.m. and for Women’s Studies at 2 p.m. in SPMVV, Tirupati. Application without registration fee will be summarily rejected.

RESET is common for both M.Phil and Ph.D. programmes in the concerned discipline. However candidates applying for both M.Phil. and Ph.D. should submit separate applications with registration fee.

Enclosures to be submitted along with the application:
1. D.D. for Rs.1,000/- and for SC/ST candidates Rs.750/- towards registration fee drawn in favour of the Registrar, S.P. Mahila Visvavidyalayam, Tirupati
2. Two self-addressed envelopes 22 cm X 10 cm size, one stamped worth Rs.5/- and the other stamped worth Rs.35/- .
3. Attested copies of :
a) PG marks statements and Degree Certificate.
b) Integrated permanent caste certificate if applicable.
c) Evidence of having qualified for NET/SLET/JRF/GATE examination if applicable.
d) Certificate of SSC or its equivalent as proof of date of birth.

I am completed BCA in 2002 after that PG MHRM completed from annamalai university in 2006 with 2nd class. Am I eligible for M.Phil or P.hd entrance exam in padmavathi university or any other universities in andra Pradesh.
