Women's Studies Centre, Visva-Bharati University invites applications for the post of Research Assistant/ Field Staff for study, research and extension work under Women's Study Centre. Initially the appointment would be for six months which may be extended for one year.

Minimum qualification: M.A. in Anthropology/ Sociology/ Rural Development/ Social Work/ Economics/ History/ Philosophy/ English/ Bengali
Desired qualification: i) Prior experience in the research/ field work on women issues.
ii) NET/SLET or equivalent qualified.

Remuneration: Rs. 6000- per month.
Age Limit : 35 years
