Vaastu helps us to align the energies of our house with that of the environment. It helps us to live in balance with nature.

Nature does not seem to have designed any thing keeping the comfort of the human organism. On the other hand it is the organism which modifies itself to suit nature. Vaastu is one such modification that is necessary when levels are considered.
