Responsibilities:
Participate in the Voice Response solution delivery and technology infrastructure management. Develop and follow documented processes to ensure quality delivery on time and within budget. Provide status updates to Leads. Provide coaching and feedback to Employees and extended vendor teams. Work closely with team architect to ensure deliverables are high quality, flexible, scalable, and reusable. Provide strong team leadership. Manage supply / demand, and out-tasker vendor engagement.

Required Qualifications:
At least 5 years in software delivery including 2 years in customer servicing capability such as Speech recognition based voice systems
• Must be experienced in developing high performing distributed Java technologies
• Ability to manage and deliver multiple and concurrent projects.
• Demonstrated ability to embrace challenging tasks with minimal supervision
• Proven experience development in a complex environment
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to create and deliver technical presentations to management.
• Experience in following technologies is strongly preferred:
Voice-XML 2.1, Speech recognition grammar standards, CTI, J2EE design patterns and implementation, Spring framework 2.5, Hibernate, JMS, MQ, Web Services, Maven, Continum, and SQL.
