    TERM & CONDITIONS FOR INTERNSHIP TO EXTERNAL INTERNS-MBBS

    Internship applications from those external interns who have passed MBBS are
    entertained by Academic Section of the college on first come first basis for 30 seats. No stipend
    is paid to such interns but they are required to pay Rs. 20,000/- (Rupee Twenty thousand only)
    per annum to the college for availing clinical & infrastructural facilities for this training. The
    candidates are required to produce following documents: -

    1. Duly attested photocopy of certificate having passed the Final
    Professional MBBS. Original to be seen at the time of joining
    Internship.

    2. Duly attested photocopy of documentary proof to the effect that
    the parent institute duly stands recognize by the Medical Council
    of India, New Delhi. Original to be seen at the time of joining
    Internship.

    3. Schedule of internship applicable at parent institute & existing
    rules regarding postings in Community Medicine.

    4. The draft duty roster be submitted as per schedule/requirement
    of parent institute. The final duty roster will not be changed at
    the later stage once the competent authority approves it.

    5. Duly attested photocopy of No Objection Certificate for doing
    internship from parent institute. Original to be seen at the time of
    joining Internship.

    6. Duly attested photocopy of Character Certificate from parent
    institute. Original to be seen at the time of joining Internship.

    7. Two Recent passport size photographs.

    8. Duly attested photocopy of Provisional Registration Certificate of
    Medical Council of India/State Medical Council. Original to be
    seen at the time of joining Internship.

    9. You can put on duty anywhere in Union Territory (UT),
    Chandigarh in public interest as and when required by the
    Administration and wear the white Doctor’s Coat when on duty.

    10. You will adhere to the Rule & Regulations of this hospital and
    any contravention of the same will result in termination of their
    training. You will behave in decent manner with the patient,
    hospital staff and doctors under whom you will place for
    internship training.

    11. Candidate should be fully immunized including Hepatitis-B. This
    hospital will not bear any cost of their immunization.

    12. In case, you leave the hospital or competent authority cancels
    your internship training, money deposited with this office will be
    forfeited.

    13. The permission of training is liable to be withdrawn at any time
    without assigning any reason. This offer as a favour and it may
    withdraw at any time.
    Application for No Objection Certificate will be considered only if the candidate
    has enclosed proof of his/her having cleared MBBS Final Professional.
