Need Sugesstions on Joining Polaris

Hi..

I have got an offer with polaris software recently, as per the HR I need to wrk in HSBC office as a polaris employee..,working in HSBC is actually souding odd for me..

The salary offered is good enugh....
I am keen abt the onsite opportunites....

Not sure whether polaris will provide onsite or not..., but the HR has said that my aspiration wud be taken care...

I need some suggestions whether to join Polaris or not..

Also i have heard that the company harrases its employees and does not pay proper salary/hikes...,does not even sanction the leaves and so on....

Please suggest as I am really confused..

Polaris is one of the fastest growing companies and they are market leader in BFSI sector.You can expect onsite opportunities in Polaris.If your are interested to be strong in BFSI domain Polaris is the best option.Many people are posting wrongly about the company are th non performer.You should not get confused with there suggestions.
