Invites applications from bright young Men and Women to join the Operational Support Group of Indian Air Force as Permanent/ Short Service Commissioned Officers the following courses :
129th Ground Duty Officers' Course (GDOC) for Men
22nd Short Service Commission (SSC) Course for Men
38th Short Service Commission (SSC) Course for Women
Course commencing Jan 2011 at Air Force Academy, Hyderabad
Last date of receipt of application: 08/03/2020

Qualifications :
Administration & Logistics : Graduation or Post Graduation in Art, Science, Commerce, Management, Engineering or LLB.
Accounts : Graduation or PG in Commerce or ICWA or CA with B.Com/M.Com.
Meteorology : PG in Science, Geography or MCA (Physics and Maths should be at Graduate level)
Education : PG in English / Defence Studies / Psychology / Maths/ Physics / Statistics / Computer Science / Management OR M.Ed. after PG OR Ph.D. in the above said subjects.

Age : 20-23 yeas for Graduates, 25 years for PG, 26 years for LLB, 27 years for M.Ed., Ph.D., CA/ ICWA

How to Apply :
If you meet these requirements, apply on plain A4 size paper (typed or handwriten) in English in the prescribed format and post the application to the address given below by ordinary post to reach latest by 08/03/2010. Super scribe the envelope : Course Name (for which you are applying ... and CET Centre 1.......... 2.......... Staple two self addressed stamped (Rs. 5/- and Rs.22/-) each envelopes and two copies of unattested recent photographs.

Selection Procedure :
Common entrance Test (CET) at the centres mentioned below on 25/04/2010. The test will have objective and descriptive test items to test the knowledge in English and General Awareness.
