Recruitment Against Ex-Servicemen Quota in Group ‘D’

Applications are invited from eligible Ex-Servicemen for the following Group ‘D’ Posts :

1. Trackman/ Gangman , Engineering : 452 Posts
2. LC Porter , Operating : 20 Posts
3. Helper-II/ Khalasi/ Malaria Khalasi/ Lab Assistant , Mechanical, Electrical, Signal, Medical, Engineering : 180 Posts
4. Gateman/ Trolleyman/ Keyman , Engineering, Operating : 38 Posts
5. Hammal , Commercial : 16 Posts
6. Safaiwala , Medical, Commercial, Mechanical : 32 Posts
7. Helper-II , Mechanical (ELW/Varanasi) : 32 Posts
8. Helper-II/ Mali / Peon , RDSO Lucknow : 36 Posts
9. Safaiwala, RDSO/ Lucknow : 17 Posts


Pay Scale : PB-1 Rs. 5200-20200/- + Grade Pay Rs. 1800/-

Eligibility Criteria :
Ex-Serviceman who have retired after putting in 15 years of service and have passed Army Class-1 certificate or equivalent are eligible to apply.

Age (As on 01/01/2010) :
UR : 33 years + extent of military service + 3 years
SC/ST : 38 years + extent of military service + 3 years
OBC : 33 years + extent of military service + 3 years

The filled In application along with the required documents should be addressed to “Assistant Personnel Officer(Recruitment) Railway Recruitment Cell, CCM Annexe Building, Railway Road No. 14, Gorakhpur (UP) – 273012. the application should be sent by ordinary post so as to reach this office before the closing date and time mentioned above or should be dropped in the box provided at the railway Recruitment Cell/NER/Gorakpur before the closing date
