- Reporting to QA/QC Manager & Project Manager.
- To Perform Inspections as per ITP & Project Specifications.
- To perform Incoming raw material inspection.
- To perform stage wise inspections - Fit up Inspection, Welding  inspection, Blasting Inspection, Painting Inspection & Shop release  certification 
- To ensure that the instruments used are with valid calibration status.
[B]- To Follow the Quality management system & IMS (ISO9001 [/B]:2008, ISO 14001:2004 OHSOS 18001 :2007)
- To conduct WQT.
- Monitoring Welding Parametres &Welder Performance.
- Prepare monthly Inspection analysis report based on Daily Inspections.
- QA/ QC Documentation & Review. 
- To raise the IRF and co-ordination with Client for inspection &Material clearance.
- Dossier submission to client.
- Cut down the NCR from the client to zero 
- Coordinate with Planning Department & Design Department for drawing clarification and Modification of drawing.
- To plan & co-ordinate the Calibration of Welding machines, Ovens, Measuring Instruments.
- To perform the Internal calibration of measuring Tapes.
- To Visit project site and co-ordinate with the Site QA/QC Manager/ Engineer for any quality related issues.
- Participate in internal and external ISO auditing.
- To Conduct Training and seminar about Quality for Welders, Fitters and Foremen.
- Assist to manager for making Project Submittals & making ITP with client requirements.
