Involved in ICTT (International Container Terminal) project – Cochin.  Duties assigned are to check the drawings and design before sending to  Site & to Client, to check the site reports & design reports  before submitting it to Client.

Worked in the capacity of a Project Engineer/Quantity Surveyor, include  Project Management, Quantity Take off, Analysis, Formation of BoQ,  Tender document, Planning, Checking of Bills etc.

Palm Jebel Ali, Dubai: Work with a group in preparation of BOQ for the  project Palm Jebel Ali (Palm Islands), Dubai in accordance with  Principles of International Measurement system (POIM).

Green Field Brewery, Hyderabad: Was involved in checking of R.A bills  submitted by the contractor and carrying out rate analysis for extra  items and settling of final bill.

Silver Realities and Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. (SRIPL) ,Indore : Was  involved in the planning and scheduling including assessment of labour  and material requirements for the whole township involving 392  residential units.

Projects handled as Site Engineer
Andaman Lakshadweep Harbour Works, A&N Islands 
Was involved in carrying out complete survey (using GPS) of the dense  forest and sea shore for re-development work of harbours in Teressa  & Katchal Islands, A&N Islands which was completely destroyed by  2004 Tsunami, within a given time frame of two months because of  limited schedule.

Green Field (Heineken) Brewery, Hyderabad 
Site Management, report preparation, arranging and attending meetings  with client as well as with the contractors, drafting letters, preparing  schedules with planning (using MS Project) and to force the contractor  to complete the scheduled targets. Designing, drafting, estimation,  verification of running bills submitted by Contractor etc. were part of  the job. The deliverables were Detailed Construction Drawings, Site  Reports, Tender Documents, and Bills etc.
Project Cost: INR 25 crores(Civil)

East West Seed Factory, Aurangabad

Worked as a Site Engineer cum Quantity Surveyor for a Road  Contract Project under National Highway Authority of India (NHAI).  Involved in various projects like roads, drainage works, and retaining  Walls Etc. Was the in-charge of two bridges of 1200m & 110 m long.  Also the drainages & the retaining walls along the both sides of the  bridges. Been the supervisor for piling works ( on land and under  water), load tests etc.
