- Check the temperature for the PE film and adhesive temp.
- After completion of coating check the coating thickness by using of D Meter ,DFT gauges.
- Monitoring and Inspection of Holiday testing by using of 25 K.V,
- Monitoring and inspection of Peel of test for ever 25th pipe
- Monitoring of all testing like Elongation test, Impact testing, slippage testing, DAC, etc.
- For concrete coating check the pipe weight before coating and after  coating, Monitoring and inspection of cube testing (7Days/28Days),  density, water absorption, and weight of the concrete coating.
