Piping Design Engineering

- Responsible for the design of Equipment and Piping layout of Tank form areas and Pipe rack.
- Follow up with design engineering team for preparation of piping GAD’s and isometric.
- Preparation of the Bill of materials from Piping GAD and Isometric.
- Done Modification scheme for the erection of the setup in the plant for the production.
- Checking of Isometrics and P&ID as per line during site visit.

- Managing Mechanical project activities involving working out various  requirements with respect to utilities, machines, manpower &  monitoring overall project operations for ensuring timely completion.
- Ensuring that site operations are carried out smoothly with industrial  installation and testing & commissioning operations.
- Coordinating with client/Consultant /Vendor for PR, MOC and project relevant document/Procedure approval.
- Discuss with Client as well as with Project Management Consultant & Vendors about the technical issues in the project.

Quality Assurance & Quality Control

- Preparation of Inspection Test Plan, Incoming Material Inspection  Report, Quality Procedures (Radiography, PWHT, PMI, DPT, Weld Visual,  Material inspection)
- Inspecting Material (Alloy steel and Stainless Material) as per ASME Sec-II with XRF Analyzer (PMI machine)
