[B]Professional Experience [/B]: Presently working at Dalla cement  factory as Sr.Engineer Mechanical (J.P. Associate Ltd) in erection &  commissioning (a unit of U.P.cement Project) since July-2006 &  worked at J P Bela Plant (A UNIT OF JAIPRAKASH ASSOCIATE LIMITED, CEMENT  DIVISION), since 27th November 1999 till june, 2006.
[B]Working Experience [/B]:
- Plant Maintenance (Machinery of cement plant, capacity 2.2MTA)
- Maintenance of VRM Raw Mill (LM 56.4) supplied by Loesche Germany having capacity of 500 TPH.
- Maintenance of VRM Coal Mill (LM 26.3D) supplied by Loesche Germany having capacity of 55 TPH.
- Maintenance of Rotary Kiln (4.75m X 75 m) supplied by F. L. S. having capacity of 6500 TPD.
- Maintenance of Coolex Cooler supplied by F. L. S. 
- Maintenance of material handling equipments such as Screw Conveyors,  Drag chains, Rotary Airlock Air Slides, Belt Conveyors, Bucket 
- Maintenance of Process fans, Blowers and Compressors. 
- Maintenance of pollution control equipments such as E. S. P. Bag Filter, Reverse air Bag House
- Maintenance of Heavy Gear Boxes and Couplings.

- Up gradation of Complete Plant, Purchased by Jaypee Group From U P  Government i.e. Dalla Cement plant, It include Raw Mill, Kiln feed  System, ESP, Bag Filter, Cooler Grates, Coal Mill, Multi Cyclone system  etc.
- Documentation as per ISO System and OHSAS Systems.
- Well known with Computer Aided Maintenance Management (CAMM) software, for keeping the records of all the maintenance work .
- Erection & commissioning of E.S.P, Bag house Fans, compressors,  Blowers, Elevators, Classifier, Airslide .Belt conveyors, screw  conveyors, Weigh feeders.
- Revamping of kiln, Cooler, Storage & Blending silo.
- Revamping of ball mill& its auxiliary.
- Erection &Commisioning of Roller Press.(RPS10)& RP16. Supplied by KHD.
- Motivating workers for safety and environment friendly working systems
- Well known with Oracle based Shift Management Systems Software for  Shift activity record and also well versed with ERP software for  Material Management system.
- Presently convergent with SAP using PM module.
