5. Dispatch BOM (To Marketing / Dispatch Dept)
6. Final Qty as per Approved layout (To Marketing dept) for Purchase order amendment 
- Capable for multiple project handling & Communicate with customer
- Prompt response for Customer comments 
- Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Excel & Word software for create a documents
