And every there are plenty of people who have to visit the court for particular case, and these people are being called by the court for concerned people by sending notice to the person address and this manual process has disadvantage because there are some people who might have shifted their house or the person may out of the station for a long time. Now-a-days mobile phone is a device which everyone keeps for the fast way to communicate with the people they are interested and this mobile phone plays an important role in this project, which helps the court to send the notices to many people at a time which can reach the respected people within a few seconds, and these notices are sent as a SMS(Short Messaging System) .
