Job Description 
Accountable for technical direction and management for the project 
Responsible for delivery of all engineering artifacts in the project – including requirements specs, design specs, test plans/cases, code and deployment documentation 
Estimate, Plan and co-ordinate engineering activity for team resources 
Co-ordinate and correspond on all technical matters with client staff as required 
Support project manager in managing tasks and resources and complying with processes and procedures in vogue in the organization. 
 
Skill sets Required
 
Strong understanding and demonstrable experience in execution of projects on the Microsoft platform in a lead role. 
N-Tier Web-based application development experience with a very good understanding of .Net technologies – ASP, ASP.Net, VB.Net, C#, HTML, Java script and Crystal Reports, Database concepts/SQL, Web services/XML. 
Experience of requirements elicitation and analysis from business users and existing systems 
Knowledge of OOAD, UML and design patterns. 
Solution design experience in at least a couple of development/re-engineering projects.

UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization 
PG - Any PG Course - Any Specialization
