It has 16kb of flash memory in which some set of instruction is written and the coding was done in BASIC language. Its main objective is that, to follow a line with the help of LED LDR sensors and avoid the object by stopping itself with the help of IR sensor. [b]Major Project [/b]: - Grid Solver Robot This Project Grid solving Robot is based on 8 bit Microcontroller ATMEGA16. It is an Autonomous Robot. The basic principle used for grid following is detecting the intersection and taking a turn accordingly. When a junction is detected we take a single wheel turn, thus aligning the robot on to the right angled path. This Robot follows the black line which is drawn over the white surface or it follows the white line which is drawn over the black surface. [b]Achievements [/b]: 1. Got 2nd position in the regional competition of line follower robot held at Bhabha Engineering Research Institute, Bhopal. 2. Got 1st position in the inter college competition of line follower robot “Taarunyam 2010” held at Swami Vivekanand college of Technology, Indore. 3. Got 1st position in the inter college competition of line follower robot named “Citronics 2010” held at Indore in Chameli Devi group of Institute, Indore. 4. Got 1st position in the inter college competition of line follower robot named “Frequency 2010 Hz” held at K.C. Bansal Technical Academy, Indore. 5. Got 4th position in the International level competition named “Quark 2010” held at BITS Goa campus. [b]Extracurricular activities [/b]: 1. Placed Robot in the line follower competition named “Cognizance 2010” held at IIT Roorkee. 2. Placed Robot in the loop rush competition named “Techfest 2011” held at IIT Bombay. 3.
