Experience Details
[b]Organization [/b]: Camlin Ltd.(CPD) as Sr. Production Officer from 1993 to April2008.

Responsibilities
- Production planning & its execution, Material planning (MRP),Achieving production targets, 
- Worker allotment, recording production, Housekeeping & documentation.
- Manufacturing of color products as per standard procedure& shade. 
- Scheduling m\c for priority production.
- Analyzing reports like Machine utilization, Input-output, production reports etc.
- Production as per standard process & updating day to production in system-SAP 
- Required changes in SAP related to production flow.
- Coordination with parches Dept. for raw material supply & also finishing dept. for urgent requirements.
- Controlling & coordination with vendors, Also, coordination with marketing dept.
- Shift scheduling & solving administrative problems. 
- Daily reporting all states of Plant & Production status to G.M./Production Manager.
- Suggesting changes in machine & in production hall.
- Fellow 5’s system & update ISO documentation.
